Bo's Moving Company is unprofessional and not to be trusted
I scheduled Bo's for a move 3 weeks before the date (March 25). I contacted them on March 22 to ensure the date/time of the move (March 25 Noon). They did not show up as scheduled so I called them at 12:30pm. I got the run around from an unprofessional representative. She told me they would be at my home shortly. 2 hours later I called back. Again, I got the run around, saying the crew would be there within the hour. 1 hour later, I received a call stating their crew had been in an accident and would not be coming. I asked for another crew and was denied. I asked for them to contact another company and the lady hung up the phone. I was now in a desperate search for movers as I had to be out of the house that day. I received this text message from the unprofessional representative:
"Maybe if you would have been a better person and not such an asshole you would have had better luck but since you chose being an asshole luck just didn't seem to get on your side. Have a good one."
I don't even know why these folks are in the moving business if they do not want to provide professional moving services.
