Took in my truck for tune up, spark plugs, coils, and an exhaust leak, otherwise it ran fine. Don called and said didn't need plugs and coils but needed a timing chain and exhaust manifold. I told him to go ahead. He would not answer my calls after the date he said when it would be done. I had to get a mutual friend involved to help. He finally returned my call, said it would be done the following week. Was not done. Don finally called & said it was done. He charged me over $3200.00 for the repairs. I started home & within 10 miles the truck started missing and would not run over 40mph. I finally got it home & called Don. His response was "it ran good when you left here". Then he said if you can get it back in here, it sounds like bad coils. He wanted $640.00 plus labor but he wasn't sure that was it. The truck is no longer usable and I am taking it to another shop.
Robert said the business went above and beyond, he told them to change out his motor and they cleaned his engine. It looks so good under the hood. This was his first time at this business because he saw they recently opened up, but he will definitely be bringing any of his other vehicles in.
Josh said Donnie and the front desk person have given him personal service. The owner has called himself to communicate what's wrong with his vehicle. He stated this made him feel like he was their number 1 priority.
Cleophus said the business was good. He liked the young man who waited on him at the desk. He was a nice fellow. Cleophus added he enjoyed the service.
Cassandra said they need to get better speaking to people, they have a lack of communication skills but the work is fine. She had to call off another number to get through because she was getting hung up on by the owners wife. She said they charged her 50 more dollars for adding some light bulbs on from what they said the original price would be.
