First of all the button on the microwave stop working and the microwave door would not open. They had to order the part said they would be back the next week to install it cost was $500. We didn’t see him the next week and was told when we called it was back order and would take a month. After it was finally installed the door still didn’t open. They said we now need another part. Spent $500 on nothing. Don’t use this repair company. They don’t know what they are doing.
