I took my Hyundai Tucson 2019 for a service (with appointment 2 weeks prior) at 10am ,I was hearing a brake noise and other weird noise on a passenger side,I spent 5 hours waiting for my car. At 3pm I asked for my car , they not even look it,I told them again what was the problem, the guy in front went back to the shop and said your brake pads are 2mm on front and 3mm on the back ,I said change it and what about on the passenger side, they said maybe it’s the bearing, they went back to the shop, and 10 minutes later my car was in the front (?)I said, it’s ready? And they said “nothing wrong with your car”.I left the dealer with the same problem, noise on brakes and the same noise on passenger side. Very lazy service.I tried to contact the manager but his assistance said is too busy or he isn’t there. I’m not recommended this dealer.?
