Outstanding service!
I’m from NW Ohio, but was in the area staying with grandchildren as their parents were at the Cleveland Clinic for a bone marrow transplant. As our vehicle was overdue for an oil change, the Silvercreek guys worked me into the schedule, and provided prompt, friendly service, with which I couldn’t be more pleased! Keep up the great work! ?

Always perfect
Love that every oil change they do a vehicle inspection and e-mail the results to me. They are just the best shop around. They care about their customers and everyone is just not a # like some places.

Went in for a routine lube, oil, filter and as usual Frank and the whole team at Silvercreek were friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle. They go over and above with their service. The LOF was done in a very timely manner. Also during their inspection they found another issue that will need attention in the near future. They strive to keep your vehicle running the best and safest it can.

Best people around
Our Honda Accord had the battery not charging light came on over the holiday weekend. We were able to drive it there and stopped by shop when they were open on Tuesday. Received phone call on Wednesday that it was the alternator and woukd be ready later that day. Wow!!!! So fast and best found out had warranty. They are the best and honest people and trust them 100%. We appreciate doing business and would not go anywhere else.
