Oil consumption too much. They won't do whst they are supposr to.
They know there is an oil consumption problem. They keep putting me off. It's a shame you pay this much for a car and there is no support.

"market adjustment" price scam
This dealership has jacked up prices and does not sell vehicles at MSRP. You are better off going somewhere else to make your purchases. Tried buying a vehicle from them and they wanted 5k over MSRP. I took my business somewhere else. There are still honest dealerships around, you just have to be willing to drive.

Hood latch on a 2020 Hyundai volosetor
Car was supposed to be repaired months ago....not one person said...it's out of warranty for that...but now oh it's $100.to fix something that was supposed to already been fixed...this car is two years old ...all our changes have been here...it's been to one other shop in PC when battery went dead and we had to get towed because hood latch broke...never never never have I had a cars hood latch broke at 2 years old...and I've had some pretty crappy cars....should of told us this months ago when car came in for problem...instead of now...

The person who responded to my comments said some touch up paint would be ordered and I would be informed when it came in. I have not received it as of 4/24/22.

Routine oil change with car wash
Service provided was fine except the wait time. I feel the tech should have noticed the chipped paint on my hood and mentioned it to me.

Thank you for the review on us here at Mitchell Hyundai.  I apologize about the wait time you experienced during your visit.  I checked the repairs and we did the oil change, garnish recall, and courtesy wash.  I apologize that our service advisor did not let you know how long the repairs would take. I will have a talk with my personnel about informing correct wait time.  Also, I have let our parts manager know to go ahead and order you a touch up paint pen for the chip.  I will let you know as soon as it arrives. I apologize for any inconvenience.  Thank you once again for your loyal business to us here at Mitchell Hyundai.

I like the place but I always had to fix something wrong with my vehicle every else I purchased the vehicle.
I been spending a lot of money here at this place. The regular oil change always goes great. I continue to have problems with my vehicle. I always have to get something fixed or replace since I purchased the vehicle.

Very upsetting experience
I have not had a good experience either of the two times I’ve had to use this “Service Department”. The first time they killed all they killed all the electronics in my vehicle & had to keep it two days to figure out how to fix it. I was given a loaner car that was as far opposite on the quality scale of my vehicle as possible. You really should be given an equal or better vehicle since that’s what you’re paying for. Even having my car multiple days they couldn’t manage to change the oil, which I had scheduled, nor did they wash my car, which they specifically asked me if I wanted. I made another appointment online & was told I didn’t have one when I got there. I was pretty adamant that my oil was getting changed before I left. It did but I was told they didn’t have time to wash my car again. Whatever, but then my car was returned to me with grease smeared on the inside of the windshield (driver’s side) @ there were black, greasy handprints on my door & light gray-almost white-leather seats.

Thank you for taking the time to review us here at Mitchell Hyundai.  We are currently investigating the on-line appointment issue. I want to apologize for the grease that our technician got in your vehicle. Usually the car wash attendants get off what they see if the technician does not but the 4 o'clock appointments usually do not get car wash as they close at 430.  Also, when we were working on carplay from 5 to 530 with you I would have been more than happy to clean it if I/we had seen it.  When would a good time for us to get it back in here to clean up our mistake. We will clean the grease and give the vehicle a good clean up for your inconvenience.   You should not have greasy prints on anything nor should you be expected to clean it yourself. I am addressing this with the technician now.   Thank you once again for your business!
