I highly recommend Cooper & Bimmer Experts.

After my MINI was damaged in an accident, I was stressed about the repair process, insurance approval, and parts availability. Ben was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, coordinated with the insurance company, and made sure the repairs were done correctly.

The repair involved major front suspension and steering work, and the team took the time to complete the alignment and thoroughly road test the vehicle before returning it to me. The car drives great and feels like it did before the accident.

Thank you, Ben, for your professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. I really appreciate all your help and would not hesitate to come back in the future.
