Review for Cooper & Bimmer Experts
I had a great experience here and highly recommend them! I was greeted right away the moment I walked in, which I really appreciated. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to fit me in to diagnose my BMW.
Ben was incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. After performing the diagnostic, he was very straightforward and told me that the work my car required should actually be covered under my warranty. He referred me to the BMW dealership so I could get it fixed without paying out of pocket. He truly saved me a lot of money by being honest rather than just taking the job.
The rest of the staff is just as great all the employees are very professional and "formal," but also a bunch of characters who make the environment feel welcoming. If you want an honest, expert team for your Bimmer, this is the place!
