Recalls fixed, but car returned malfunctioning.
I drive a 2012 Hyundai Veloster, my car has had a few recalls, so I go to get 4 recalls fixed. All is well at first when I go to pick up my car that they say is done. They drive my car up and I get in ready to drive off, but my car won’t hold idle and dies. Dealership states they didn’t do anything and it was bij doing that before, but my car most definitely was idling just fine before. Turns out the ignition coils where loose. I’m glad they fixed my recalls free of charge but they tried to return my car when it wouldn’t run probably though it was fine before. It took them around 10 minutes to get it out of the garage yet they tried to get me to drive off with it like that knowing it was an issue. They only had asked me what was wrong with my car when I physically couldn’t get it out of the garage. I can’t say it’s a one star review because they did fix it, but they shouldn’t have been willing to let me drive off with it like that.

Never responded - 3 times!
Went in looking for a car, dealer said they would provide a quote. Never did. Went in again, salesperson wasn't there but they promised he would get back to us, he didn't.

Worse, we asked for a quote for our trade-in, in case we buy a car from them. My wife overheard manager say, we aren't giving them a quote if they aren't buying a car. There was NOBODY else at the dealership.

Called out of town to look and purchase a car advertised
Drove from out of town to hopefully make a deal on a car after calling to assure availability. Walk in and it “sold” the day “before” unfortunately but “ maybe we can help you with something else”

I have not had any bad experiences but this dealership
I've had three different cars with Mike Miller Hyundai all the staff is friendly and personable maintenance crew service crew have always kept me abreast of any issues with any of my vehicles and it is always nice to see Mike Miller they're at the dealership as well he always makes you feel like he's known

Oil Change
Arrived for my oil change and greeted with a friendly smile. The work was completed in a timely manner which I appreciated since I came in after work. They washed my car and even vacuumed it for me. The service department is what keeps me with Mike Miller. Always so courteous and friendly and I never have to ask questions, everything is explained to me so I can easily understand. I have been so satisfied with everything at Mike Miller since 2005! I just won't go anywhere else.

I had come in on the wrong day for my oil change, I wrote it down wrong, and the service department fit me right in so I didn't have to take off more work and they were still done quick and made it super easy!
