Thorough and honest
I worked with Ramon, who was both knowledgeable and customer-centric, explaining the extent and necessity of specific repairs in easily understood language. He sent me photos of the replaced parts and the repair completion was timely. I wasn’t a fan of the 4% upcharge for use of a credit card (seems excessive) but overall, my experience with Miami Benz was a 10 out of 10, which is not something I can say about almost any other auto repair experience (except for Green’s Garage in the Gables, who are also excellent).
