I had a scheduled appointment with another shop. They were unable to see me because some thing happened with their technicians. I called to the Meineke and spoke with someone on the phone and they got me in same day. They were a little busy too, but i spoke with the man in the office for a little bit of the time and it was not too bad. A little more expensive than others but they got me in same day with no appointment and had great customer service.
