If I can give this business a zero star I would.
I made an appointment 2 weeks in advanced for an oil change and a tire change over. I came in today and was told, they were not able to take me in. I asked to speak to the manager, and was told by Scott that he was the general manager, and the next person above him would be the owner. He was very rude, and did not care that I have to drive to Fairbanks tomorrow. I'm sitting at a jiffylube writing this review. After explaining my frustration to the guy here at the front, he is willing to do my tire changeover and oil change today. No appts, on a Saturday- this is what customer service is about.
I won't be going to Mieneke anymore, after today. I just cancelled my credit card with them as well.
Horrible, rude management. If you booked in advanced you probably want to call first to make sure they're able to take your car in. Otherwise, you'll end up driving around town like I did.
