They use the bait and switch to get you in the door
Avoid this dealership. I wasn't even looking to purchase a vehicle, then I received a letter from them with an incredible offer, way to good to be true, but since they used the word guarantee, I thought I would pay them a visit> Again, I wasn't looking for a car, since I just purchased mine from them a year ago, and was very happy with my car, and I didn't go in there looking for anything more than was "promised". Well, when i got there I had to sign in, because they were extremely busy, and told it would be about an hour wait, ok, I understand that everyone is short help, and they sent out alot of these letters. So , after 2 and a half hours, they can finally talk to me, well, nothing in the letter was on the table, the money they promised for my vehicle, came in over $5,000, less than offered, even though they made it sound in the letter that that was already a done deal. And the guarantee that they could lower my monthly payment, they raised it by almost $200. They had no intentions of honoring the letter they sent out, it was to just get me in the door , honestly, I thought crooked dealers like this were a thing of the past, as the last few car purchases I have made, for the most part, I've satisfied with. Purchasing cars for over 40 years, this is the worst dealership I have ever seen. I've kept the letter, and have contacted Hyundai, but yet to here back, not sure if I\ll pursue further action, because this is just wrong. Again, let me state that i went in there looking for nothing more than what Mattews had promised, knowing now that they never had any intentions of following through with the promise. I just want others to know before they go in looking to be treated fairly that you wont be.
