Spoke to Irene. She said it is always the best. They feel like having a mechanic that they can trust is like finding a doctor they can trust. They have top service. They had a flat tire and fixed it including the other work that needed to be done so quickly. They go above and beyond, and they feel like they are being taken care of specially.
I called in the morning and got an appointment for the afternoon. Winter is the perfect time for an oil change and tire rotation. This garage has the highest caliber mechanics and integrity.
Sydney said it worked out because her vehicle was under warranty and it was 2000 she didn't have to spend. They were kind, communicative, and when she explained the issue, she felt they really listened to her and didn't just go diagnose it for themselves.
