My only complaint about this transition process was how long it took (from June to September of 2022) to finalize everything. I wasn’t contacted until days later when something was ready for me to come in to get/sign, and there were times when I didn’t hear from my sales consultant for several days when I was waiting for something important. Courtesy for time, being more transparent throughout the process, and communicating more frequently would be my only recommendations. Otherwise, I’m glad I could work something out to keep my beautiful Tucson for a long while!
