Had to call multiple times and chase down information, called the day of my appt to be told it was just started at 2 pm and that they would call later, they never did. Called back the next day for them to tell me there was a leak that was neglected… when the symptoms of my transmission started two days prior.. so they wouldn’t honor warranty I’m guessing based on that because it was never clearly extrapolated on as to why it wouldn’t be honored. Have previously never had much of an issue here, not sure if ownership has changed or what but it would behoove yall to teach your techs to enunciate/ speak up on the phone and also clearly communicate in detail why things would or wouldn’t be covered and.
