The Mastertek Crew and Dave
Having been a customer of Mastertek since 2005, Dave has always been informative while looking out in the best interest and concerns for the vehicle and customer. He and his crew provide excellent service and craftsmanship. Recently I had a problem with a cylinder cable on a Saturday, they able to get the part until the following Monday. With my concern and need to get to work. Dave's had his crew member (I am sorry I don't know his name) rig the cable up so I could make it work while we awaited the part. Dave then went further beyond and promised that if I became stranded to call him and he would arrange for the vehicle to be towed and pick me up. In the end there wasn't any problems getting to work and back. This is a one off experience, knowing Dave since 2005 this is his character speaking here, one of integrity in the work and business his runs. I not only like Dave and his team, but I trust them!

New vehicle check up
I stopped by with no appointment to ask Dave to take a look at a car I was considering buying. An hour later I walked out with a complete report and what I needed to get a good deal on my new vehicle. Dave and his crew have alway given me great service and I will continue to bring my new vehicle to their shop.

Happy customer
They didn’t charge me on the service rendered as first time customer. Very kind and accommodating. Doesn’t take advantage to customer. Waiting room is cozy with fireplace, coffee and water dispenser.
