Excellent Service with compassionate understanding
My daughter's car popped a few heater hoses and was stuck on the side of the road at 9PM. I had the tow truck driver drop the car off at MasterTech Automotive. They were able to fit her car into their schedule so she could resume her life. Their transparency with pricing is a huge deal for me. They always share with me what they are doing and options regarding my cars. I can't recommend MasterTech enough. T

Plugs, Wires, Coil, and Thermostat
I have been happy with the two repairs I have had done to two separate cars before this repair. I expect that this tuneup will resolve the issues. My only critique is that this time the car was at this shop for over a week. That seemed like a long time unless a new engine or transmission is being installed. The other repairs took a much more reasonable amount of time.

When it comes to tune-ups, we aim for a quick turnaround, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. I realize that a week can feel like an eternity when you're waiting on your wheels. Original equipment parts were difficult to locate for this car, so it did take longer than what we expected to get them, and there was a lot of rust on this vehicle. Rest assured, we're committed to resolving any issues and getting you back on the road as quickly as possible in the future. I am sorry that we were not able to be more efficient this time around. If you have any further concerns, don't hesitate to reach out.

As usual Novie has been very helpful. He is very knowledgeable in the auto repair business. Very friendly. Makes sure the repair is done right. He does have one of the best mechanics in town. I would totally recommend Mastertech.
