Excellent Service
I have had collision repair at other dealerships in the past but the Massey experience is like none I have ever had. From start to finish the staff was attentive and accommodating both in person and on the phone. When the work was finished I was more than pleased with the quality and professionalism. The work was done timely and I received my vehicle exactly when promised.

Marla said the employees are very friendly and helpful. It took her vehicle a week longer than promised to be repaired due to staffing concerns but she was understanding. She did not have any interaction with her estimator. It was handled by her insurance company. Her one concern is she had to take her vehicle back because it is making a noise but the businesses is resolving the situation.

Raymond said he had a lot of work done but they did the work well and he checked the work out thoroughly. There was no need to be informed and his vehicle was ready when they said. Maria is super at making sure everything was taken care of, and he received professional treatment. Another female employee came out, checked his vehicle and she did a good job.
