If could give zero stars I would.
These people sold me a car with a broken AC. I brought it back there twice to fix, only to get gaslit. The service department told me my warrantys are no good because apparently my car is from Canada? I got screwed over beyond belief. Do not buy a car from here. They are crooked as they can get. I'm a single mother with two children and they had no remorse selling me a peice of junk and taking 29,000 dollars from me.

I contaced Karhl Kehlee, and Many the Sales manager they are blatantly ignoring me.

The salesperson wanted 5 stars
The salesperson was really interested in getting a 5-star rating because he worked hard and felt he earned 5 stars. I didn't buy my truck there. I bought my truck from a salesperson at a nearby dealership. I recommend you experience for yourself these salespeople who think they earned 5 stars. A 5 star review is easy to do and it appears to really motivate them. Perhaps more than selling a car? Regardless, I hope the sales team really values this 5 star rating. Congrats... I saw a few other 5 star ratings as well... so good job sales team! Well done!

Overall very disappointing experience
Overall very disappointing experience they came across very genuine and helpful when selling me a car with a 3 Day no questions asked return policy until I contacted them about exercising that policy then i was told no problem “ sir it’s only been 48hrs bring it in tomorrow and we will take care of you “ then when i got there it was explained to me by Mario that my guarantee expired yesterday.
Ps while i was talking to my salesman on the phone outside who told me I shouldn’t be treated like that the policy is 72 hours he would talk to Vinny in the morning Mario walked by my wife and asked her “Are you still here “ as if she was dismissed and should have left by now.
This experience made me feel very stupid for believing a car salesman

Buddy ordered a f450, deposit, confirmation from Ford, and received the vin. Got notification that it was delivered and the salesperson and sales manager sold it from under him!!!! Do not buy from this dealer!!!

Failed their mission statement.
Update #6...7 days again...¿ and no follow up response from Vince at Kendall ford marysville, Wa.
The run around... they said it had the, rigorous, multi point inspections by certified ford mechanics. How did they miss all of the front ends critical components?
*update*#5. WE ARE VERY REACHABLE! We have left both numbers multiple times.
Service still not sending us the service records. Our broken van sits in kendalls back lot while we continue To make payments.
Original review...
...To whom it may concern...
The heating up, bending, blunt force manipulation of the crash bar failed to fix the condition of the crash bar missing its intended contact points of the 2019 transit 350.
The crash bar is directly attached to the frame and should not be misaligned with its intended crashing point. The only way to get this van to be back to safety standards is to remove the lift.
This action of removing the lift negates the entire reason we purchased the lifted van at almost 20k over market value. (Extended warranty , gap insurance, ect... With the lift removed the vans worth is far less than the "as is" "lifted" van that we purchased. We purchased an extended warranty that will (apparently) not cover any lift issues. The entire front end is over extended by around two Inches. This causes a number of issues all the way down to camber misalignment where the tires do not hit the ground level or even. The tires are wearing unevenly.
The "CRASH BAR" not hitting its intended mark is not exceptable. There is no fix. The crash bar is IN FACT hitting, denting and literally tearing away at the steel suspension parts. You can see where the crash bar hangs up on the suspension. This is not safe!
Michael has Givin me the run around. I have had the van in 5 times now. Two times I was turned away after a scheduled appointment with Michael (sales manager) to bring the van in. Our lender is concerned.
We all see this van as not fixable.
We just want to trade up and move on. Michael, the sales manager, is not being reasonable in taking this, bait and switch, "lifted" (lift is incomplete and not actually a working lift) van back on a fair trade. He said the vans not worth what we paid.
After talking to Ford service and other professional mechanics, it is clear that common knowledge, among educated mechanics, is that these vans are not liftable.
You would think Ford certified mechanics are educated. And specifically
with Ford products and systems and would have this knowledge.
So it appears as tho Kendall Ford (through neglegence or lack of knowledge or lack of care for safety inspections sold to me a van that was not even close to being a safe , in spec, or a fully inspected vehicle, inspected for safety.
In my eyes it is simple...
Trade the van in for something that is not broken. I can not let my family drive in this unsafe, lifted out of spec, out of camber, non fixable van.
Micheal at Kendall ford is saying we bought it "as is" and that he will not give us a full trade in value,
"It is not worth what you paid for it".
This does not sit well with us. Nor does it with our lending company.
Sales is saying go to service.
Service says go to sales.
This van was not fully inspected for safety as Kendall Ford implied.
The vague data that has been inputed in the notes section of our service appointment work has not been accurate to what I have directly asked about with sales and or with service.
We are open to ideas and options. Michael has offered only options that make him money. He has not been reasonable to help out a first time ford buyer who was sold a lemon by his department. Michael asserts that ford does not inspect entire vehicle. Micheal says the pre sales multi point safety inspection only inspects basic things like engine, tires and seat belts
And do not check the suspension parts.
That doesn't sound right to me. If it is... than what kind of real safety standards does kendall ford actually follow to deliver a safe vehicle.
I did not except the vehicle after its last fix because it did not restore the integrity of the front end system. It, in Fact, has weakend the system further. we are open to reasonable options

Purchased Used Ford Explorer - Positive Experience
I went to Kendall Ford in Marysville in a bind, needing a car quickly as I was preparing for a move. Other dealerships had asking prices that were significantly over Kelley Blue Book and marked up basic accessories (like CD players and radios)... looking at you Honda of Bellevue. Well, I got to Kendall Ford and was immediately able to see my car of interest. The staff was incredibly friendly, let me take a nice test drive on the spot. Loved the car. It was in great condition, well cleaned, and had no defects.

Then came the negotiations, I came in with two viable alternatives and was straight up about cheaper cars with less mileage (older years / less features). Adam and the rest of the staff were reasonable and understanding of the fair market price. Got a mutually fair price, within Kelley Blue Book Range (which feels impossible these days) and a fantastic car for my roadtrip / move. Definitely would recommend Kendall Ford. MY ONLY criticism is the time it took to get to meeting with the financing department - but that was slightly a product of two other customers buying around the same time.

Buyer Beware!!!
WARNING BUYER'S BEWARE!! KENDALL FORD Marysville.
I purchased a Truck $25,000.00 from Kendall Ford, was told that it's payload was 1 ton or more. I explained I needed the Truck to be at least capable of 1 ton payload the salesman assured me of this. The Truck was not actually rated for this it's payload is only 1460lbs so now I'm not able to use Truck for the Purpose I purchased. I bought truck on a Tuesday evening and was told I had 3 days to return it if I had any problems. First day seat heaters stopped working and this is when I found out I had been given False Information on Payload capabilities of Truck just to make sale. I returned to the dealership on Friday morning and was told that they would not accept the Truck back because I was over the 3 days it was less than 72 hrs and they lied to me about the payload capacity of Truck...
Buyer Beware this dealership will lie too it's customers too get sales and will not honor their promises.

Shaun is the best salesman
Please go see Shaun, he took care of me and my mother to have a smooth sale of a new car. Since I live in Alaska it was important for things to go smoothly so I could get back on a plane to home.

The worst customer service
We had a pre-inspection done here and in the middle of no where on our road trip broke down. The after hours mechanic we found in the next town discovered a filthy air filter. An air filter that this place said passed their inspection. The refuse to refund, their communication is terrible. We are now out an additional $600+ and lost all of our Reservations on our vacation because of the delay. Costing us hundreds more in hotels. All we asked for was a refund of our services and they refuse. After researching this company, I have seen tons of reviews with the same complaints. A class action lawsuit seems the only way to get through to this company.

THIS DEALERSHIP ruined my buddies truck!

THIS DEALERSHIP took it in on possible trade. Took all vinyls off the outside, took wind deflectors off of it, took seat covers out, and took his aftermarket led headlights out.
THIS DEALERSHIP also took his license plates off and did not provide him with registration or temp licensing.
THIS DEALERSHIP told him it wasnt THEIR truck, and that THE DEALERSHIP did the brakes on it, and suposively fixed the nail in a tire. Yet the TPMS light is still on.

All this was done BEFORE he was told rather he was financed or not on a 2020 f150 (after allowing him to take the 2020 f150 off the lot). Financing wanted co-signer, so he declined the offer, only to get his 2011 RAM back NOT the way he left it!!!!!
I will make sure everyone and anyone knows of your practices!
That is anything but "normal proceedure" by standards of multiple dealers we have contacted.
**NO HE DID NOT SIGN ANY PAPERWORK GIVING THIS DEALERSHIP OWNERSHIP OF HIS 2011 RAM**
