There was a small hiccup during the process, but the mechanic stood up and did the honorable thing and he took the responsibility upon himself. Every other mechanic shop would’ve tried to figure out how to charge me extra for their mistake. In my opinion mission motors, standby their work, and their customers. Top-notch.
Had issues with breaks on my work van thought it was just pads and rotors, but they did a thorough inspection and found a lot more wrong with the van, but they got it all fixed up in a timely manner and for less than other shops
Good quick service, but I would like some kind of printout of proof of oil change, in case warranty company needs to see proof of care of my vehicle. I also requested if you guys could rotate my tires, but I was told that you guys don't do that and no one ever told me if they did it or not. Just kind of want some clarification. You guys are a good company want to keep coming, but just need some re assurance.
The workers are very friendly and helpful. They have a great deal on oil changes 3 for 68 dollars. They did a free inspection on my car and told me the work I needed done. They did all this in a very reasonable time. They also have coffe and tea and popcorn. They also have tables and chairs to use while you wait.

I discovered Mission Motors accidentally when I was searching for automotive repair shops. When I called, the reception was very pleasant and helpful. I was looking for a quote and found theirs to be less expensive than another trusted mechanic I had used before.
I dropped off the car for rear brakes and spark plugs. When I found out that the parts would not arrive until early afternoon. I was informed that they had a shuttle that would take me home to Lake Stevens from Stanwood while the car was repaired. I was very surprised when I received a call telling me that my rear brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced. I was more than impressed by their candor and happy to be paying less. What impressed me most was their honesty in saying I didn’t need brakes when they could have easily done the brakes and charged for them.
The shuttle picked me up when the repair was complete and the car ran smoothly on the way home.

I look forward to having my oil changed reason being is I love to go down there and see Melissa and her husband the owners. They are great people. They’re so friendly and personable and the staff is very nice and help out a lot when you have questions I also love it when they come and talk to you and sit with you make you feel at home and their doggies are friendly and cute. Your all very nice but you quoted me 400.00 plus to replace a battery cable. I went to mission motors and got it done for 145.00. This issue of price came up when you charged me $810. To do front brakes on my 1991 Honda which i didnt ok but you said i did. Wasn't worth arguing about and. Thought give you another chance. In any case i can get front and rear done for $,400. At Mission motors. Guess where im going to go.
