They were very transparent in letting us know they couldn't fix our car.
We took our car in for evaluation to diagnose the problem with our transmission. They were very transparent and let us know that they were unable to help us due to vendor issue for the parts required to fix our car. They let us keep our car in their lot for a few days until we could arrange to have it towed to another shop. Then when we finally got there, they did not charge us for their assessment of our cars issue.
They are always professional and courteous. We have used their business in the last few years and recommend them to our family.
