Bob said they're very prompt and they don't mess his vehicle up by getting grease on things. They kept it very nice and they were efficient. He's very happy with them, they're very reasonable.

An Honest Repair Shop
Driver side door lock was not working. Assumed it needed a new actuator. Marshalls took the door panel off, found a loose wire, they thought might be related to when they replaced the mirror several months ago and also had removed the door panel. No charge. I was expecting a bill for labor and the actuator. An unscrupulous shop would have charged me and I would never have been suspicious. This was not the first time Marshalls has told me work I was expecting to pay for was not necessary. It is one reason we've been taking our cars to them for almost 10 years.

Tori said they were straightforward and kept her up to date, they were prompt in getting her in. They were straightforward with the conversation and diagnostic, and they did everything she asked them to do. They have a really good reputation and she really appreciated dealing with them as a woman, being heard and listened to. She felt like she was heard and they didn't dismiss any of the things that came up.
