Nicole, I agree. We had your car for seven weeks. That is forever to be without your car. It did come in without an appointment, and did have a "blown up" engine. It did take almost a month to get it scheduled into the shop and get diagnosed, and then for all parties to decide the best course of action. Once that was decided, we ordered the engine, and had the car back to you in three weeks. I'm glad that the car is running good now, and that you feel that we offered good service. Thank you for your business.
