Communication is Key. Oh, and Actually performing the work!
Run.

I was initially pleased with the response time and loved that they come to you but the service....horrible! My service ticket was A/C unit repair, oil change and a radiator hose....they did the A/C repair only, and it took 2 days! I noticed my car running funny, smoke, and the messages still appearing on my dash monitor so I called back for a follow-up. I received the run around for about a week until they sent the same lackadaisical repair man who stated that he just needed to turn the messages off. Really? And that took almost 2 hours? No! You tried to hurry and actually complete the service I was already paying for! Still didn't though! 4 days later my car had NO OIL IN IT!

I have half a mind to change my account number to stop paying for services their lazy butts didn't actually perform.

Call a friend, get a tow truck, anything but this company!
