Service was very attentive to my needs and got my job done as quickly as they were able.
My car needed to be towed to Marquis Motors and I felt the coordination of getting it there and the follow up with Luigi was very reassuring. There was a bit of back and forth as the car was being diagnosed and Luigi was very patient and pleasant and took the time to explain things in detail for me. I appreciated his promptness in addressing all of my messages and I felt confident with the work he was doing to fix my vehicle. If you want a couteous and friendly shop with attentive people, Marquis Motors is your place.

Timing just OK..fixed one issue and left me with another $50 issue. Pretty obvious the fix still had another issue that was not made known. (Hydraulics)
One fix led to another fault in the hydraulics. Back door fix of $385 was not complete .will fix on my own now.

Quick response to issue
I had a random issue that hampered my car and they were able to sort it pretty quickly.

Great experience - from purchase of car to accessory for car to routine maintenance.
I was recommended to contact Marquis Motors to buy my used rover from a big car Dearlership. They said they are honest, will do a fair deal - and have good clean used cars. I wanted an older model. Very happy ?

Marquis sales and service is exceptional
My wife and I have bought 3 cars from Marquis, and they have always gone above and beyond to service what they sell. They communicate well with preestinates of work that needs to be done, and are willing to adjust based on circumstances financial or otherwise. All good things to say about Luigi’s service team, and Arthur leading sales is a straight shooter and only sell the brands they know Very well! Highly recommended small sales and service business!
