My boyfriend sent me here for a serpentine belt replacement. They got me in, gave me a fair quote, and it was done on time when they said it would be, what more could I ask.

Quick and very friendly
My car was making some weird noises I called and they were able to get me in the next day. From the woman working the front desk to the technician they were all very nice, super quick, and very thorough!

Good, careful work
I highly recommend Mark's Auto. When our favorite shop was sold because the owner retired, we tried 2 other shops that had been highly recommended, and after about $2000, our problems were either not fixed or worse. Finally, someone recommended Mark's, and they've been great. They have fixed most of the things the other shops didn't (we haven't elected to have it all done yet), and it's all been done well. They did a full inspection on our van and found many routine maintenance issues that needed immediate attention and which we thought the other shops had covered. They have us a full list with level of urgency and price and let us choose what we wanted done. They aren't pushy in the least, but they are thorough. They're expensive, but so is everyone. At least this so gives you what you pay for. (Sorry if I have typos. I can't scroll up to check.)
