Michael. This was one of the worst service experience that I have been involved with. 1st. I have never paid $700 for a battery and oil change. This is a total ripoff!! I was charged for a bogus diagnostic that took 3 days to do that could not diagnose a cold! I had to take the Gl450 to Mercedes Benz dealer for the repair! I think you guys are in the rip-off business!! Hire some real technicians and stop stealing from customers!! TRUE CROOKS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER!!
