DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP
DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP – They left me stranded with my baby in 102° heat and refused to make it right.

I brought my Hyundai in for a very specific issue: a regenerative brake error that caused the car to die after long drives. I told the dealership in writing not to repair the power brake system because that wasn’t the problem. They insisted their recommended repair would fix it and charged me $867.

It didn’t work.

On my next two-plus-hour drive—with my infant in the backseat—the exact same failure happened again. The car shut down completely, and we were stranded on the side of the road in 102° heat.

I contacted the dealership immediately. They ignored me for five days. When they finally replied, they apologized for the delay and said they’d “get on it right away.” But when I asked for a refund—because they fixed something I explicitly said not to and it didn’t solve the issue—they refused. They then tried to charge me another $500 to replace the battery, while admitting they still weren’t sure what was wrong.

When I said I didn’t want the repair, they told me to “come get your car” and that they couldn’t guarantee it would start. And in a show of pettiness, they added that we’d have to figure out a way to charge the car’s battery ourselves to drive it off the lot—even though we brought it in fully charged and drivable. When I calmly tried to explain all of this again, the manager told me not to “waste my breath.”

This isn’t just bad customer service—it’s dangerous, negligent, and deeply unprofessional. If you value your time, money, or safety, go somewhere else.
