Excellent experience with Cory (sales) and Brian (delivery)
I found a car I liked online, called the dealership and Cory took the call. From start to finish he offered excellent service. Cory conveyed confidence in the product he was selling and backed it up with quick, detailed, honest communication. He answered all the questions I had, ensured that I understood time line and options for payment and arranged delivery to me 2+ hours away. There were some flaws with the car (it's 7 years old, not unexpected), Cory made sure I was aware as we discussed my interest, including videos with them pointed out. When I requested a pre-purchase exam at the local Toyota dealership, he made sure to get the car there on time. He answered questions even on his day off! The car was delivered as promised by a superbly friendly man named Brian. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I am loving my new car. I was not buying the most expensive car on the lot, not by a long shot, but you would not have known that as all staff I interacted with treated me with prompt courtesy and respect.
