Green Valley/Sahaurita,AZ. Bad omen from the start. Plumber Mr. S couldnt find my address and drove in circles for half hour. Finally had to walk out to the main road and "talk him in". He worked 65 minutes and said he had to charge me for 2 hours worked cause he worked 5 minutes past the initial 60 minutes(1hour). What kind of business policy is this? His hourly rate was $85/hr. He also said the 14 mile drive each way was not any charge but included in the service. I asked him what time he got here and started working.... and he did not know? What? I asked how can he detemine the charges if he didnt know your hours he worked? Dumbfounded look on his face. All he did was snake a drain unsuccessfully and try charge me $180 at first..... till i argued that 2.0 x 85hr only equaled 170. I paid him reluctantly. Truely, unprofessional unskilled work performed and charged like skilled labor.
