Terrible Service Department
The Service department at this location is terrible. I’ve had an issue with my key fob for my 2022 Tucson that I purchased at this location for the last 6 months. They refuse to replace it even though is under warranty. Today, I had Jack Edwards (advisor) and Craig (manager) interrupt me while I tried to explain the issue and then shout at me when I disagreed with their failure to resolve the issue. I’ll never come back to this location and I suggest you to take your business elsewhere. I’ve never been more disrespected by so called “professionals” in my life. Both of these men felt completely comfortable speaking aggressively to a customer. They have wasted my time and made me come in for multiple appointments for an issue they had no intention solving. What’s the point in paying for a warranty if people like these two guys make it impossible to use it.

We had a great experience buying our new vehicle from Luther Hyundai in Bloomington! It was a long wait (we were told it would be) but well worth it and in the end it came a month earlier than expected! Our sales rep. Ben was knowledgeable, kind, and patient answering all of our questions and keeping us updated along the way! We are very pleased as this was not our experience at a previous dealership!

Scheduling Service Nightmare
I have 2023 Elantra Limited 14K miles. I called to schedule warranty work as it has developed a fluid lead that drips under the engine; and I have an open key fob recall. Since I do not live close to the dealership, I have no way to leave the vehicle while it is being serviced, so, I opted to wait for the services to be provided. Today, March 27, 2023, I was given a service date, with waiting at the dealer, of May 15, 2023...yes, that's right MAY 15th. . I persisted to try to get a date sooner than that since I am especially concerned about the fluid leak, to no avail.Over the years I have purchased a total of 8 Hyundais, 5 from this dealer, and the best they can do for service is May 15th???? Also, over the years service at this dealer has declined and this is the worst. I love the cars and hate the service !

I dropped off my car for 3 days because of battery issues, they took my stuffs such as jump starter battery 18000mAh, and my 215 pieces home repair tool set and by the way one part of my car was missed and i can realized it right away so they just ordered that one for me. I spoke with the sevices department manager to do double check in camera to see what going on and he said they don't have camera. They are so rude and sneaky.

It was friendly. Even when I forgot my bag in the suv, they pulled around so I may pick it up.
People are friendly. I did have to wait a little bit in line people were in front of me. It was all good.

great customer service
My car was in for an oil change and 45,000 scheduled maintenance. Austin took the time to explain what would be done and quoted a price before the work was done. I believe he is what "Customer Service" means. This dealership is awesome from sales to service.

Pain-free service for an insurance claim
My car started making extremely loud rattling noises. I called Luther Bloomington Hyundai and asked if I should have the car towed. The representative said he would recommend it, so I did, and they discovered that my catalytic converter had been stolen. I filed and insurance claim online, and the insurance company and Luther Bloomington Hyundai did the rest. All I had to do was wait until the texted me that the car was done. It was painless!

Great Service and Nice People
The service representative showed great customer service skills. He was very pleasant and nice and made sure that I had good service when I was there this past weekend. When I call to schedule service the operator is always friendly.

This dealership is such a contrast to Inver Grove Hyundai where after I purchased my pre-owned Kona, they made it clear by the rudeness and indifference over the phone that they could not care less if I came in for service. I never had treatment like that after buying a vehicle from a dealership.
