Excellent service!
My headlight went out and I meant to call Benchmark Auto first thing the next day. Of course life got in the way and I forgot. I remembered to call around 1:30pm. I assumed I would be booking an appointment the next day or longer. Drew was so helpful and asked when I could come in that SAME day. He didn’t want me to get a ticket. How thoughtful. I wasn’t sure about my schedule rest of the day. He said “if you can get here by 4:30PM, I can replace it today.” I got there at 4:33 and was back on the road at 4:50. THANK YOU!!

Pickup maintenance service
I had a great experience getting my truck serviced. The mechanic was thorough in explaining what needed to be fixed and took the time to go over all my options. Incredible service and people
Drew, Michael, Dan and Braden are amazing. They go the extra mile to give you an incredible experience and treat you with the utmost care and respect. For someone like me who knows nothing about cars it gives me peace of mind knowing I have a crew of professionals who are honest, kind and so good at what they do.

I worked primarily with Drew over the phone for arranging an axle replacement on a Jeep GC Laredo. Drew vigilantly provided updates on repair lead time and budgeting throughout the visit and offered multiple solutions when problems arose. Technicians are knowledgeable and pricing was fair for quality labor.
