Did unnecessary work, misdiagnosed
Did unnecessary work and misdiagnosed the vehicle. Had to take it to another mechanic to repair it as Lucky Autobody was argumentative and would not cooperate.

Prius hood and bumper replacement
Not only was my Prius repaired at a very good price but it had a thorough cleaning inside and out. Even the engine sparkled. I found Steve Lee, the owner of this no frills body shop, to be pleasant, and responsive.

Posted a fraudulent add on Craigslist
Answered an add from a "private seller" of an automobile. Said that it was a clean title, no issues, when car fax was run the vehicle had damage reported front, back, side. Title had a lien on it. Nothing about his add was legit. Posted his car on craigslist and claimed to be a private seller. Title was in someone else's name. Did not properly transfer the title to his company.

Steve’s service has been prompt and complete each and every time.

He could identify the issue with a strut quickly and got them replaced. The whole process took half a day.
