Tree shade RIP-OFF! STAY AWAY.
This is a shady business!!! I went in for a repair after a O'Reilly diagnostic. They put a part on at my request that did not fix my issue. Upon L R auto recommendation that I allow the to do their diagnosis of the issue, I did that. SUPPOSEDLY, now my issue was fixed. After receiving the vehicle at closing on Friday, that Sunday my wife and I discovered the car was doing the same thing!! Called L R that Monday, and the games began!! Their " Tonya" person found every excuse to avoid me bringing the vehicle back. " I'm eating lunch, I'll call you back". I'm doing a transmission right now, I'm too busy". " I'm doing inventory ". This went on EVERY TIME I called until I finally went to the business that Thursday. When I arrived she was on the computer and told me to hold on. The FIRST THING she did was walk back to the bay area. Once she came back, the games, kids and excuses continued!! Finally, after her fast talking and " crackhead" like rhetoric wasn't working, she placed the diagnostic fee on the counter and asked me to leave. NEVER asked for a refund, just wanted my vehicle repaired the way they promised. These people are NO GOOD , shady liars!!! You've been warned!! You're better off at a different Crack head establishment!!!
