Best first time experience than I expected.
Yesterday on Monday, I stopped into Lone Star Repair Service Inc. who was referred to me. I was told to speak with Frankie, the owners son. I explained to Frankie that I was hearing a rattling noise from the front of my car. He suspected it was a suspension issue. He put the car up on the lift and noticed corrosion on the front two wheels. He said the front rubber and metal struts only needed to be replaced. The rear struts were in good condition and needed no work. I told him to do the work and I also needed oil change too. I asked him how soon could he start the work and he said tomorrow morning works for him. I never expected such a quick response. I brought the car into the shop at 9am. Luckily when he removed the two front wheels, he noticed that the brake pads were also in bad condition and needed to be replaced. Frankie moved quickly to get my car repaired quickly and also arranged car transportation to take me home while they worked on my car. My car was ready to be picked up at 1 pm which was the quickest and best repair I ever expected.
All the employees were very nice and helpful plus efficient at their positions and easy to deal with.
I’m very grateful for being referred to this auto repair shop and their prices were very reasonable too.
I highly recommend people in need for car repairs use this auto repair service shop.
