EVERYONE is friendly, honest & accommodating
Have dealt with Lone Star for many years since my first experience with AAA. After having them service both my cars and doing an excellent job, I wouldn’t think twice about trusting them to work/repair my cars (unlike the dealers) As a matter of fact THEY fixed an issue the dealer couldn’t.

Horrible experience when triple A sent this company Avoid them at all costs
I was referred to use this service by AAA , tel me how they sent them twice and they told us to move a car that smells like fire to Norwalk from Darien so they do not get called by AAA for this call. I told this guy if he cannot tow our vehicle to east haven he should not be associated with Triple A . Second time I call triple a I get another lone star driver he got smart with his mouth cursing at me. Bruh I said what you said and ran to my car to empty my pockets and he ran to his car and drove off speeding? why curse a person out if your going to run when it’s time to back up your disrespect. Do not use this service! Avoid yourself the headache. Oh fyi for a fat guy bruh you run fast .????? you know who you are. Also triple A please stop sending business to this company!! How they tell me to risk my life by driving an car cause they are receiving PD calls that pay more. I believe you can find a better company like intune they helped me very fast

Unprofessional Owner
A driver rear from lone star rear ended me, and then was able to tow my car to their shop, against my wishes. They have some seedy affiliation with the police department. Owner is rude, and unprofessional. Would never have gone there if I didn’t have to. And would strongly recommend others don’t. Especially if you’re a female going alone.
