If you drop your truck off make sure they contact you before doing anything. I was given back my truck after warranty was denied. Not a big deal called over four times to get an update got nothing till kirt called me and asked if I wanted the bad news or the bad news. so now I have my truck back after getting it towed the shift linkage was disconnected not returned back to the way that it was dropped off. The little covering by the pan was removed and not put back left in my back seat with oil to get on the carpet. All fluids were drained out of the trans and not put back as well as my transfer case also drained and not put back in. Justin called me and after speaking with him and being pissed he says I can pay for the work and that pick up my truck after. told him no and they never called me to discuss anything being done on the truck. Don't use this business he's a crook.
