We offer free estimates and have a convenient local shuttle service. We are a Napa Auto care Center at all of our locations and all our technicians are ASE trained professional technicians who will perform diagnostic tests and make any necessary repairs. We offer 36mo./36K warranties on all repairs. We offer fair prices and work done with Honesty and Integrity. Try us out.

Electric octopus
If you have ever looked behind your desk, at work, and saw the mess of cables and wires you will know what I am about to say, “Electric Octopus”. That is what the electrical system looked like in my new-to-me 2004 Silv. My “Caddy”. I had an aftermarket alarm put in for whatever reason and the installation messed up everything. But I had an alarm and a remote. Yay. Ten plus years later, things started to glitch. No problem. I can work around glitches. But then the brake lights went out. No reason why. I spent weeks working on it. Finally, I gave in and was referred to Local Heroes. A perfect name for a great group of people that truly know their craft. I dropped my “Caddy” off and the next day they started working on it. A few hours in they called me to follow up. Communication was great. They never left me in the dark, talked over my head or tried to upsell me. In fact, they took the octopus on as what seemed like a personal challenge. Humble and kind they were determined and fixed not only my brake lights but all the other glitches and restored the original alarm and got me a key fob for it. More than what I anticipated. And it the price tag wasn’t more than what the truck is worth. lol. At 320k miles, I can keep driving and know I’ll have all my lights working again. Safe and sound on the road again - eight days a week.
