Seems like it's gone downhill
Been going here for many years. This time for just an oil change. The business was dirty and smelled so stronlgy of cig smoke and dirty restrooms. Receptionist was very new but friendly. No heat in the waiting area. Employees openly complaining to each other about management. Appeared to be little business as I was able to choose any appt time I wanted and nobody but me in the waiting room. I was presented with a list estimating the cost of additional work they said my car needed. I couldn't leave or wait for the car at that time so declined the additional work they said I needed. I assumed they would give me the print out I was provided of the estimate to review and schedule later, but that didn't happen. I can't vouch for the quality of work or their honesty at this point. It would appear this is a struggling business and I've lost confidence in them. Won't be back or recommend.

Once Great, Now Terrible
We started using Littleton Auto when the new owners could still be found behind the counter. Nice people, even gave me a ride home once. Solid, reasonably priced service for years.

Not sure what happened, but we stopped seeing the owners and the service took a dive. Lots of little problems requiring inconvenient return visits, then they screwed up our brakes—they vibrated violently after a brake job. They couldn’t fix the issue in several attempts and said nothing was wrong, so we quit them and switched to Eagle Automotive Service (EAS), which found and fixed the problem on the first try.

Very disappointed as Eagle was conveniently located, but we lost patience with their increasingly sloppy work and attitude.

Poor Customer Service
Several years ago I tried their business and since have not allowed any one to work on my vehicle. But my latest experience with them changed that. My 2010 Toyota Highlander had major issues. I called them and explained the problem and that I had major health issues and could not get it to them. It also had electrical problems and would not come out of park. We set up a time for them to tow it. I received a phone call that they had wrecker issues and we changed to the following Monday. They never showed or called. My son stopped by on the way to take me to doctor and they couldn't find a record. When I got home I called and they found my appointment. I was told that they would pick up my car the following Wednesday. They never showed up or called. When I called and spoke to Damion he said he would call me back. He never did. I called and spoke to Damion again, he said I told someone to call you. With his attitude and their poor service I told him not to worry I would find someone else, he responded fine and hung up. VERY POOR SERVICE!

Poor service
I have always had them work on my Toyota Highlander. They have always given me great service. This time I called them and told them due to health issue I could not get it over to them, due to a problem it needed to be towed. They said no problem. They later called me back issues with their wrecker. I was told they would pick it up Wed 08/11. They didn't and did not call. I phoned them today and was told by DAMION that he would call me back. I waited an hour and called he pushed it off. I told him to forget it I would get someone else he said fine and hung up. Very poor customer service.
