Great service and mechanics!
I had a bad experience at another shop and my husband and I stopped by a couple of months ago. We had a nice chat with a couple of the mechanics and decided to make this our new shop!

Fast service decent price
Busted transmission pan Monday on a small boulder. Got it towed in Monday night. Got it back Thursday morning.

New pan, filter, flush, new rear shocks, normal differential service, $2300.

Still problems
Fixed what they said was wrong. I paid THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS for all the repairs, but from what I read online is pretty comparable for all the fixes. I was recommended to try this from my boyfriend. I paid for the whole diagnostic test. My coolant and tire pressure gauge lights are still on. And my front panel by my drivers side is now extending out without a screw to hold it in place. The rickety metal sound is still coming from the back. The receptionists are amazing. I tried to call and leave a voicemail because I work nights but the voicemail box never came. The call just disconnected. Also I texted their number and no reply.

Wrong parts installed did damage
Car was not starting intermittently. Littleton Auto Repair mechanic installed the wrong battery terminals and bolts. Car wouldn't start again the next day. Called and told them car was not starting and I had taken it to the Chevy dealer and would let them know their diagnosis, but I felt I deserved a refund. They blocked my number after that.
Chevy dealer replaced the wrong parts Littleton Auto Repair had installed, which had also caused damage to the battery and the battery had to be replaced with a new one.
Littleton Auto Repair had also said I needed a new fuel pump and struts, which I declined. Chevy dealer diagnosis did not indicate any issues with the fuel pump or struts.
In my opinion, Littleton Auto Repair has incompetent mechanics trying to sell unneeded services and the shop management doesn't take any responsibility for trying to take advantage of elderly people. Their original estimate was more than the 20 year old car is worth.

I made an appointment to get an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the work. At the two hour mark I called and it wasn’t done. They told me to give them another hour which was 6pm. At 6pm my car hadn’t even been started. It was finally done at 7pm. I have no idea if the tires were rotated or the diagnostics actually done. It’s two days later and I currently have a small oil leak. I have called the shop 5 times today and no one has picked up the phone. Incredibly disappointing.

Oil change and estimates for upcoming work
Service with a smile, fair rates, and knowledgeable technicians. Very impresed with their involvement with the Wounded Warrior Project! Best value on an oil change and all the proceeds are donated to help the lives of our veterans! More businesses should operate this way, the world would be a better place for it!

Quick and friendly per usual
The mechanics here do great work. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is that I received zero evidence or explanation of how they determined what work needed to be done.

Disappointed.
The service here was not good. We had to wait much longer than we were told and they never got back to us. Had to keep checking back in. Poor communication and the price was higher than what they said as well. We definitely won’t be coming back here.

Diagnostic costs;
I appreciate your work on my family's vehicles. You guys do a great job! However you charged me to do a diagnostic on my Jeep Wrangler that cost me $161. Like other repair locations will usually deduct the diagnostic cost if they do the actual work on the vehicle. I felt that you should have done the same! I'm sure doing some diagnostics take a long time and I can appreciate you wanting to get paid for that, but I don't think what you did on my vehicle took any more than about 2 minutes to figure out. I could be wrong but I don't think so.
