I had been hearing a noise under my car and have to take a long drive. I bought it in and they immediately said my tires are bad without looking under the car yet. They diagnosed 2 bearings and I balked at the quote which I thought was exorbitant and Neil gave me the receipt for diagnosing the problem but not before highlighting in yellow marker that my car was unsafe to drive. I have to wonder if he would’ve done that to a man. Luckily I found a garage that is not only respectful but 2/3rds the price. Needless to say I am taking my car elsewhere for the repair.
