Finding the Impossible
I had a very positive experience with Sparks Computerized Car Care. I was facing a frustrating repair involving a discontinued part, and their team not only managed to locate it, but also worked me into their schedule quickly, which I truly appreciated.

Julie, the office manager, was both friendly and compassionate. She went the extra mile to apply every available discount, which helped soften the impact of a costly repair. Gary, my mechanic, handled the repair with efficiency and care.

Sparks stands by their work by providing a generous warranty. Knowing the work was backed for the long term gave me a genuine sense of reassurance—it made the investment feel much more manageable.

I’m grateful for their professionalism and support, and I’d confidently recommend Sparks to anyone looking for skilled, customer-centered automotive service. Such a great team!

Thought wheel alignment was a little expensive. Went from $135 quote to $225 invoice.

I seen they also rotated the tires that were needed to confirm the pull to the right since the alighmnet was not far off. I will credit your next ticket however for that service and take care of the charged amount. Free tire rotations are also included on oil changes with a free 45 point inspection also so keep that in mind. Sorry for the confusion and have a wonderful week.
