First Time Visit and very satisfied with overall service
I attempted a DIY header replacement and unfortunately damaged several studs, bolts, and threads. I contacted Advanced to explain the situation and take responsibility for the mistake. Isaac assured me the team could evaluate the issue.
After a thorough inspection, Josh and the team were willing to take on the challenge and successfully fixed my mistake by replacing the headers. The next day, Isaac called to let me know my vehicle was ready and even helped me load my old parts back into the car.
You truly don’t see this level of customer service and care these days, and I’m extremely satisfied with the overall experience. I want to give a special thank-you once again to Isaac, the customer representative, and Josh, the technician.
