Fault warrants
I purchased my car back September 2020 and at that time the car had 3200 miles on it as I rolled it off the lot . Well they sold me a warranty on if I got a flat tire it would be replaced well that was not the case . I got a piece of metal in my tire while I was riding in a neighborhood and it made my tire go flat . So I put the donut on and called Deacon Jones to find out about my warranty that I pay for each month . Well because my car is 15201 they will not warranty my tire because it was over the 15000 miles but it has not been 12 months yet . Well when I called at 7:30 on a Monday morning I spoke with a guy name Curtis and he said he would call me back well at 2:00 pm I called him back because I had not heard from him and I was still riding around on the donut . He said he was slam and he would have to call me back . Well he called me back and said that they couldn’t do anything for me . Well I told him that is would be the last time I will buy a car from there since I had bought 2 cars from them and that I had not had the car even a year yet .
