I live in Seattle, no longer work in Bellevue but will continue to take my car to LBR. I went to the dealership for my first oil change and received an upsell in the amount of $1,200. Never have I received an upsell from LBR. have been going to LBR for over 7 yrs. I have not taken my car to anyone else for anything I could have LBR do. We always wonder if the mechanic is overcharging or performing work that is not necessary. This is not the case at LBR, time and again they have demonstrated they have my back. Can't say enough about how much I trust them.
