Detailed and caring team.
I took my bmw x5 to LBR after challenges with my old mechanic and seeing even my old mechanic had consulted LBR about my car.

They walked me through all the challenges from urgently needing repair to what was coming up soon.

I will be with them for as long as I have a vehicle. I am super impressed with their service, turn time and communication. They are fairly priced and make me feel comfortable even as a women in the shop. Thank you so much.

Wow! Ken was so helpful in explaining exactly what work needed to be completed on my vehicle. I was even provided with a complimentary review of a diagnostic received from the dealership to provide peace of mind that the service the dealership stated that I needed was an accurate! I so appreciate the level of care and customer service received.

Prepped and Ready for Roadtrip, also saving money
Sent in the van for an early oil change and inspection for a long road trip. Additionally they had noticed the steering column was knocking and recommended replacement. We brought it in and they did all the normal stuff fairly quickly. They also did a bunch of research and saw that the steering column could be fixed by doing some manual greasing and other stuff. So they did that, the knocking went away and the van drives great. Saved us some money and did it all in 2 days. Thanks again!

High Trust and Quality Work
LBR has been my primary mechanic for over 20 years and I have other family that have gone there since the 1990s. For every car we have ever owned, LBR has done the right thing honestly, quickly, and with high quality for the 20+ years I've been going there. I hope to remain a customer there as long as they're in business!

LBR Auto diagnosed and corrected the issue, kept me informed during the process, and charged a fair price.

LBR once again has done a wonderful job repairing my mini Cooper! They got the work done quickly, and I am very, very happy with the results. Annual inspection, repairs and help with tires
I found LBR because on the high online reviews and their expertise with UK brand autos. They identified and repaired a critical issue with my Jaguar sedan and went above and behind with helping me get new tires and troubleshoot some damage caused by another shop. They even helped transfer from vehicle to other vendors which was a great convenience to me. I believe they are honest people and service-minded with customer satisfaction as their top priority. Well earned reputation.
