My car has been at Sierra vista Lawley the second time since the end of June 2022, I received the hybrid back Oct 15, 2022, drove the car and filled up with gas for 30 min, stalled in the middle of the highway 92. Two Service advisors passed me off the the service manager whom has not returned any of my more than 20 calls to give me an update, answer or resolution regarding them keeping my car and taking my 2K dollars.
I even suggested via text message to service manager Herb to refund my money and keep the car as a learning
tool for hybrids since it can’t be repaired.
It’s their brand and as a customer I deserve answers.
