Pam said every time she goes down to the business, Amy and the staff are so nice, explain everything to her, and if she went to another place that told her she needed something, they will confirm or deny if she does need it or not. She said they are very honest and don't try to gouge people. She added she loves them and hopes they don't move anytime soon.
