GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
You are really dealing with a human, not a voicemail, robot, or AI. Just like in the old days. I appreciate their friendly, honest, way of how they deal with you. Love Amy , she's knowledgeable, fast, friendly, when she quotes you a price, for the most part that's what you pay , unless something comes up, and she'll notify you of that change. I have referred so many people to Larry's Auto, because they do honest work and you can trust them.

Pam said every time she goes down to the business, Amy and the staff are so nice, explain everything to her, and if she went to another place that told her she needed something, they will confirm or deny if she does need it or not. She said they are very honest and don't try to gouge people. She added she loves them and hopes they don't move anytime soon.

Great service & honesty!
I've worked with Larry's Auto Service for years. They are on the other side of town but I would never go anywhere else. Their fees are more than reasonable and they only fix what needs fixing. Very honest shop and Amy is great to work with! Highly recommend!

Great service at a great price.
Took my 2015 Chevy Trax to the dealership in an emergency. They quoted me an outrageous price and would not even try and use the warranty I had purchased. We called Larry who we had used many times in the past and they were able to get the car in in a few days. Their price was much less and they honored my warranty so repairs cost us a fraction of what they would have at the dealer. Would highly recommend Larry's Auto Service.

Straight talk and assisting with recoupment
Although I unfortunately burned out my engine, Larry's used straight talk to provide me with options. They did not try to make a buck-- they put my interests first. I got the best out of an unfortunate situation, thenks to Larrys. And the customer service (Amy) was unreal.
